    I always wondered how the hell they got all of their documents that they post. Police reports, court documents, and of course HISD's famous "Ghetto Handbook"

    How do they get all of this? Confidential court documents can't just be all over the internet...Can they? How do they do it?

    as long as you pay the courts fees associated with getting you those documents, then yes ...absolutely as far as I know

    I do know that in some cases, certain evidence and documents are sealed and/or unavailable to the public because it would jeopardize the fairness of a case

    i am not a lawyer, so don't take that all as 100% fact, but I believe I have the basis right ...i am sure some of our scum bag lawyer posters will clarify this

    Mug shots are always released upon request ...they are public records
