    It means "Person who isn't a good enough player to lead his team to a championship, even after the organization has bent over backwards for him to bring talent. He instead opts to be part of some "Trio" yet he overlooks the fact that his new team is basically him and 2 other all-stars. No center of point guard"

    Or the other way around, say,

    #6, #8 and Miss 'Hi-CF' were 'Lebroned' when all three of them thought they have landed the 6-foot-3 while in reality, they are just the steping stones for SCK to gain access to the 'Secret Forum'?

    His team bent over backwards in bringing in overrated guys who put up numbers on bad teams (Mo Williams) and aging former all-stars who are well past their primes (Jamison, Shaq)?

    And what about coaching talent? They had one of the worst coaches in the league. Brown cannot coach offense at all, he had no business being a head coach in the NBA.
