    Think about it: Tillman's got mob/casino connections in Vegas. Maybe he sent Patrick along on a Roman Roy mission to party it up while he can (does anyone think the Fertitta's care much about COVID protocols?).

    See the endgame for Tillman is dangle a $50 million per year honeypot extension only to get him caught up in some salacious Ronaldo/Britney Spears/Vince Neil/Paris Hilton type of scandal, thus wiping Harden's salary off the books entirely.

    Or he wants him to have a good time and is in on the whole thing, trolling the league, health officials, critics et al.

    Some of this stuff does seem calculated. Drawing Negative media creates interest in the team. Stephen Silas has had more TV time the last week than in his whole career. Fertitta and Stone are hiding out like Obi wan Kenobi from Darth Vader and James is intentionally posting pictures on IG. They know what they are doing. If somebody gets Covid when Jame returns he can forget about a trade right now.

    This is the one time that having a cheap owner might help if Harden doesn’t suit up he doesn’t get paid I’m sure Tillman won’t mind saving a few extra bucks and he’s too stubborn to trade with Morey so we shall see :)
