We see it all the time when a long time assistant coach gets his chance, he usually dips into the well in which he left. Also, the biggest turnover comes in the 2nd season after evaluations. The texans will be no different with the exception that they have 2 teams in which they will pluck from, denver and green bay. I dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing, but its something almost understood. We saw it last season and will continue to see it this season as the transformation of this program continues. Likely names in my opinion include guys like Mike Meyers, A.Green, Plummer, and guys like that. Some like it, some dont, but coaches feel confort in players they have experince with. Parcells,Billichek,Manginia,Childress all have dipped back into the tree. The more i look at it, i can see Green becoming the rb along with Dayne, Meyers to help the interior line and maybe even Plummer at minimum compete with Carr for the start. Hell it wouldn't surprise me if Craig nall was brought in to compete. Just my .02
Yeah i know. Everyone is screaming for peterson or lynch for rb, but i think they might angle for green at a good rate.

One would hope that Kubiak saw enough of Plummer, up close and personal, to know better than to sign him or trade for him.
I don't really care about being made fun of, its cool. I was just saying or explaining how some of this stuff works. Its not like any of the posters on this board dont know.
It's "replies". If one is to crack on someone's grammar and spelling, one must keep his own above reproach.
ahman green is too old for a rb. he had an ok year this year, but why waste our money. dayne and those other guys are good enough backups for whoever we draft.
This mad me LOL...I love this site... btw, it is a great agrument, but this happens all the time and if we get the right people who want to come into a situation like this, I'm all for it...
Plummer did have top 7 NFL rankings in QB in two of his last three years with Kuby, that brings up the point that maybe they have some sort of chemistry. Kuby helped to change Plummer image from Jake "the Mistake." Hey did not believe it myself but, look up stats 2003 to 2005. One year 18 TD's and 7 Ints and another year, 22 TD's and 10 Ints. Just wanted to point that out.
