The Yao Ming craze is wild. Is he really that great? Look at all the endorsements, fan sites, the increase in ticket sales, gear. It is crazy. Will he hold up next season. Is he going to be a permanent star? Will there be another 7 ft plus asian around? Can he break the stereotype and become a fierce player?
um... can anyone say....YES!!!! do you really have a doubt that he won't? (what planet are you from). I think that the Nets game was proof. 14 points in 1st quarter... gets punched in the throat by a mutumbo elbow and still plays? He is tough just not as strong as he could be and will be in the future.. his low posts moves are incredible for a rookie!
