The two-time Grammy winning R&B artist’s hugely anticipated album dropped Friday (Nov. 25) across digital services via XO/Republic Records. The 18-track album clocks in at more than an hour and features two previously-released collaborations with Daft Punk, plus guest slots from Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Rey and Future. thoughts on the album?
The Weeknd is one of my favorite artists ever. I'm listening right now, and it's ok. nothing has blown me away but I usually have to listen a few times all the way through. He is a lot more "pop" than ever before and I get that's what sells but idk if anything could ever touch his first mixtapes that compiled into Trilogy. THATS my favorite Weeknd. so dark and so much pain and emotion. I'll chime back after I finish this album.
Haven't listened yet, but I will. I normally listen to hard rock, metal, and country, by I like The Weeknd.

been listening to "Secrets" on loop. Maybe it's the tribute to "the romantics" that has me feeling like it's their best song from all the albums.
Pretty good although a ton of people say the second half of the album is when it takes a huge dip. Also it's not as dark as the other albums and lyrics seems to be more of the more radio friendly type. Production is really good
