Didn't know the MAIN funding for "Drug Free America" was from the alcohol/tobacco companies. Interesting. NSFW! NSFW! NSFW! Makes sense. I've always wondered why they push for banning mar1juana, etc. when cigarettes are more deadly... now we all know why.
It's an interesting topic. One of my favorite authors, Vincent Bugliosi has a book on America's Drug War. I will have to read it in the very near future.
war's over for me. I got my certification last night...got a nice little package from the legal dispensary down the street. Suck on this Harry J Anslinger
Propaganda like this is useless. They should have spent their time and money featuring info and people that the anti-drug right would have paid attention to. At best this is a rah-rah for stoners. And yes, tobacco should be outlawed.
There are a lot of plants that are "natural" that you would die from consuming, so that's not a very good argument.
"But, you know, this war on drugs is funded by tobacco and alcohol commissions. It's not what drugs you're on they care about - it's whose. People still dig drugs. Well - ya'll do anyway...I'm over it." --Todd Snider
I know it won't happen. It's just a shame that it won't die out. I understand how addicting it is. I just don't see how anyone starts smoking in modern America with all of the documentation against it.
