just got this in an email... i think it originated in late october of this year, so if anyone's already seen it, my bad (and the search function is down)... couldn't keep it to myself caption reads: Okay so this is how I imagine this conversation went: Walmart Employee: 'Hello 'dis Walmarts, how can I help you?' Customer: ' I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week.' Walmart Employee: 'What you want on the cake?' Customer: 'Best Wishes Suzanne' and underneath that 'We will miss you'.
It took me about 3 seconds to figure it out. I thought Suzanne was going underneath something, hence the best wishes I guess I should go apply to Walmarts
At the local bowling alley one night, I ordered a hamburger with a side of onion rings and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. The waitress wrote down: Hamburger - OR Chicken sandwich - FF My wife got her order, but I never got mine. The waitress had left and I asked the cook why I never got my burger. He replied, "because you ordered a hamburger OR chicken sandwich and I cooked the chicken sandwich.
Who is the idiot, the Wal-Mart employee or the customer who didn't check the cake before purchasing it? Also, was the customer blind cause the box has a clear window? Sorry for being Debbie Downer but the customer is a moron too.
dude, if i ordered a cake and it came like that, i would be a fool NOT to take it as is... that is PRICELESS probably got a good laugh out of everyone at the office too.. i think it happened in little rock, AR
If you want good cake, get the McDonald's cake. That cake is made with ingredients that angels bring down themselves from heaven.
I went down the street to the 24-hour convenience store. The guy's locking up. I said, "Your sign says you're open 24 hours." He says, "Not in a row."
I chuckled but then it hit me that someone who is likely to make that mistake probably didn't graduate high school. Then I got sad and pissed at the customer. Carry on.
I actually know people who graduated from high school who would probably make the same mistake and even misspell more words.
