I did a search and saw nothing, so forgive me if this has been posted - Michael Lewis (The Big Short, Moneyball) has a new book that I was keen to read called "The Undoing Project". If you're a Rockets fan, I'd argue the first chapter alone is worth the price of the book. It's mostly about Morey, but also some Les tidbits and is absolutely fascinating. I've only gotten halfway through chapter two so can't comment on the whole book but chapter one is just so awesome as a Rockets fanatic. Enjoy!
Truly amazing chapter! Every Rox fan should read it. As for if it has been posted, FWIW, back in December Sam Fisher posted a thread called "[Excerpt] - Michael Lewis Chapter on Morey/Rockets" which should have shown up in a search for "Michael Lewis", or for "Undoing Project" (If you uncheck the titles only box). Ilias also posted a thread called "Basketball's Nerd King" a few days afterward (cuz they felt like Sam's thread got overwhelmed by all the DMo stuff) -- I only found that because I remembered there were at least a couple threads on this, and found it by searching "Slate" (where the article Sam originally linked to was from). For your forgiveness needs, maybe a minister or other person of the cloth could help? Probably there are others who didn't see those threads, so they are probably going to be really happy for yours. However, they should check out those other threads too for the comments, etc. Your friendly CF thread librarian's assistant (trying to keep the thread police off the case), Burlesk

I'm pretty sure this whole first chapter was posted online but I don't have time to look. Did someone post it on clutchfans? It was a good read.
heyp, I noticed that error after I'd already edited this dang post like 3 times and thought "how anal can I be about one post, f*** it." Thanks for protecting me from SwoLy-D though, brother! This'll teach me to post -- back into my lurky hidey-hole again for another year with me. May have to change my username and avatar to "the once-ler". jogo, Sam posted the link in his original thread, which I shared in my post above (using my subtle fogey hyperlinking stylios -- just turned 54 and I've almost got this figured out...?) -- here it is again.
