    I doubt this type of order would have any effect in the US. I don't know enough about Canadian law to know whether this type of order is enforceable over there.

    But wow...seems a little overreaching to me.

    Does this include internet gf's as well? Or are they scared that he'll send countless viruses to the girl [or man, you never know] after he breaks up with him?

    If it is part of a probation plea agreement, it may very well be legally enforceable in the US.
