Ok..I'm going on record....this probably doesn't carry much weight after I predicted the Lions would be the surprise team of the NFL last year!! :)

    but.....

I predict the Texans WILL NOT finish last in their division this year!!!

They don't even have a team together yet. How can you predict the outcome of the season already?

We have some idea of which players will be on the team thru the players left on the expansion draft. That being said, I assume that the Texans will win a game next year.

Anybody remember when the new AFC South was first announced? Everyone was claiming it would be the toughest division in football. Well, Jackonville, Indy, and Tennessee all finished with losing records last season...

    Houston Texans, AFC South champs!

I predict that Tony Boselli and Jermaine Lewis will be wearing Texan uniforms next year.

No Jermaine Lewis please!!! Jamie Sharper is a much better pick. I'm sure Baltimore will take back one after we pick one.

I'd like to be a homer, but I don't want them to screw up this draft. ;)

I think we'll be competitive, but my main wish is that we whoop the crap out of Dallas. :D

I don't want to get my hopes up too high seeing that we're gonna be more like the Browns than the Jaguars or Panthers.

What do you see us doing in 5 years?

I'll be satisfied if we make the playoffs and post a winning record. An AFC title game appearance would be a bonus.

Texans won't be as bad as the Browns were when they started. Won't be as good as the Jags and Panthers.

Still, why Jermaine Lewis over Jamie Sharper? Pure craziness...

I predict Ryan Young will a Texan. Unbelievable value for that guy, and the Jets expose him in the draft!!

the texans won't take lewis over sharper, but there's a good chance they'll have a shot at both; baltimore is over the cap and needs to unload salary, and lewis is one of their higher-paid players.

That's a good point that I've seen elsewhere as well. I think you may be right.

    We can only hope.

I wonder if teams will pull their guys back? I assume guys on that list are unwanted, especially a high dollar guy like Sharper. Why is he on the list anyway?

Oh, I'll make my prediciton after the draft.

I've heard that Lewis has been talking with Houston, so he's probably gone.
