    yeah, we beat the dodgers 6-1 today. and yeah we have 7 games left with the cardinals. but i think 5 1/2 is too far back at this point in the season. the cards just won tonight in extra innings. im throwing in the towell. i hope im wrong, but i dont see how we can pull it out.

    I cant stand the frowny face any longer. Youu are depressing the **** out of everyone on the board and I dont think anyone likes it. STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP DOING IT!

    im not trying to depress people. im not depressed constantly. im deppressed occassionally. its just a face. i like the blue faces. i used to put the one with the shocked eyes or whatever back in the day. but then i just switched to that one. im sorry if it depresses you, thats not my intention. i guess if a little tiny face at the end of someones post makes you sad, then you have problems. it doesnt make me sad. i was thinking of stopping it the other day..but i just cant seem to find the right thread to stop it in. and actually you yelling at me, REALLy makes me not want to stop using it. i guess you should ignore me then. i didnt mean to cause you any problems. for that i am sorry. but as i post this i am happy, and you should be too.. the face means nothing..
    and i will continue for a while...

    Back to the topic at hand...I think it is possible that the Astros can pull it out...but it isn't probable. In addition to 7 games against the Cards, we have 7 games against the struggling Brewers. If we can win 5 of the games against the Cards and 6 against the Brewers...then we have a chance. We can't get sloppy against LA, Colorado, SF or SD.

    I'm calling my shot! The Cards will lose 3 games in a row starting today, and the Astros will win 4 in a row starting today. That means we gain 3 games on them. You heard it hear first. I'm serious.

    It seems like everytime you look up the Cards are playing The Cubs or the Reds.
