Old fogie Pumpkins fans were aware of this via their pap-er-maga-zines a long time ago.

Corgan needs the real band. Or at least Iha. Something has obviously been missing for awhile now.

Downloaded it like 2 months ago. It's surprisingly pretty good.

I only received 3 emails and 1 text about it...

Album is alright. I jammed it a few times after I bought it.

Schroeder has been touring with them since 07... Other 2 have changed annually.

LOL! Sounds like a magazine subscription where the band members rotate.

I wonder if there's a Crushing Corns band out there?

Corgan just needs to go solo or at least bring back Chamberlain and Iha -- the blonde chick looks so weird now I wouldn't want her back in the band.

New album is pretty good though, but i'm not really playing it much.

I would LOVE to see the Pumpkins bring back the original lineup for some shows, but I just don't see it happening. Billy is still a douche and I doubt Iha is in any big hurry to be in a band with him again. I came across this quote recently when I watched the documentary and thought it was hilarious.

KC did you ever hear his solo work? Zwan was decent, but his electronic album was pretty meh.

Ironically, Zwan had more original SP members than SP does now. :)

Just seems weird to call it Smashing Pumpkins when Corgan is the only original member.

When he brought the band back he said it was because he wanted to play their music at concerts. Not sure why he wouldn't just play them under another bands name.

Never got into them at all or the solo work he's done.

It would be like Ian Astbury playing as The Cult without Billy Duffy. If Corgan plays with Chamberlain then he can still be SP, but without JC it's a different band.

At one point he put out an apologetic open letter about wanting to reunite the original members. I think a few months after Zeitgeist. Pretty sure they hate him and that he also hates them but was willing to suck it up for another run.
