If anybody lets their lady drag them to this movie you might as well cut off your balls and hand them over to her. Movie looks terrible.
I've seen worse...by myself. I watched National Lampoon's Gold Diggers the other night. That may be the single most un-funny movie in the history of mankind.
My wife wants to go on Friday to see the Traveling Pants Show. She likes the actresses from Gilmore Girls and Joan of Arcadia who are co-starring. I liked the Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood.
I had to sit through Bridge Jones 2 last week on a flight. That is by far the crappiest movie ever made. The whole time I sat there wondering, what female airline executive made this crappy executive decision.
i know i'm going to get flamed like mad when i say this but add the big lebowski as the most UN-FUNNY movie of all time... **** that was a waste of a rental.
I saw National Lampoon's Dorm Daze for the last 50 minutes and I wanted my IQ back. Good thing I didn't watch the beginning...the movie consisted of college students chasing after a purse.
I agree 100%. I've always heard from friends and people on this about how funny The Big Lebowski is, so I decided to watch it when it was on Comedy Central this past weekend. WORST MOVIE EVER! All the characters were annoying and I don't think I even laughed once.
I gave Amercian Pie a shot and then turned that crap off in 10 minutes. You have to be really stupid to think that stuff is funny.
How can anyone possibly watch the Big Lebowski on Comedy Central. They'd have to fuzz out every other line.
Exactly. You're out of your element, Donnie. Edit: Oh yeah, did anyone ever actually see Fat Albert, to confirm how horrible it was? I remember there was a thread about 2 or 3 pages long awhile back speculating at how bad it would be.
Didn't see the Ya-Ya movie, but the book was horrible. I could not stand it. I couldn't finish it. So sappy, and contrived, and some of its "sisters" seemed to rank higher in the pack than others... their happiness was more important. The Traveling Pants thing may be better, but sounds stupid. Most of us don't wear the same pants size as our friends, nor do certain clothes bring us good luck... American Pie is funny, if you're in the right frame of mind. Big Lebowski... was a little confusing and random, but The Dude makes it worth it.
And I'm pretty sure a long time in ago in a galaxy far way, there wasn't a man named Luke Skywalker. I want to see the movie because of Josh Lyman. Seriously, I own Revenge of the Nerds 2 because of him!
I didn't read the book. I went to the movie with my wife. I was one of two men in a theatre of about 100. Those women looked admiringly upon my vist. I really think they appreciated a man coming out to a movie like that. (That's a hint for you lonleyheart guys) It was a fun story about friendship, eccentricity and tradition. I'll catch it on TNT/TBS/AMC from time to time.
They're all about the same pant size except for that one fat ass (and I mean that in the politest way).
I watched the Ya-Ya sisterhood because someone else bought the tape. That would be the only reason for me to see Travelling Pants as well.
