The Rookie Soph game is going to be sick this year. They're making it on a Friday this year (It gets its own day.) It's becoming a pretty big event. I think they changed the rule this year so that even if the likes of Carmelo, LeBron, and Yao are all-stars, they'll still be playing in the rookie/sophomore game. I think they put 12 on each team. This is what my rosters look like...

    Rookies
    G Lebron James
    G Dwayne Wade
    F Carmelo Anthony
    F Chris Bosh
    C Chris Kaman

Reserves: Kirk Hinrich, TJ Ford,Zarko Cabarkapa, Kyle Korver, Jarvis Hayes, Darius Songaila, Josh Howard

    Sophomores
    G Manu Ginobili
    G Flip Murray
    F Mike Dunleavy
    F Amare Stoudemire
    C Yao Ming

Reserves: Drew Gooden, Nene, Jiri Welsch, Fred Jones, Tayshaun Prince, Caron Butler, Mehmet Okur

These were just off the top of my head...anyone see any players that arent on here that deserve to be in it? This game is going ot be filthy!!

    What?

So now if Yao is chosen as an all-star, he'll have to play two games during weekend?!

Well, so much for the rest...

If yao is selected to play in the all-star game he won't play in the rookie-soph game. Just like last season.

I believe there is only 9 players on each team. I think Yao and LeBron will be at the All Star game and Carmelo has an outside shot to go there as well.

Without LeBron I think the Rookies will get worked.

No Melo is good but look at the Rookie v Sophomore big men:

Rookies: Bosh and Kaman vs. Sophomores: Nene, Gooden, Stoudemire, and Okur.

    Sophs will dominate inside.

Also Wade will probobly be out with his injury.

Manu and Prince are also very good players that know how to win.

I find it hilarious that after all the b****ing and moaning Caron Butler did last season concerning the ROY voting, he hasn't done didly squat this year.
