On heart, intensity, movement, defense, shooting, and free throws. TMac, Hayes, and Head were in attendance at UH's 83-69 victory over Kentucky. So was Clyde and Bill. The Cougars looked very good and are now 10-1 on the season. If college players can shoot threes as well as free throws at a high percentage why can't the Rockets?

TMac was wearing a Yankees cap.

bonzi would make the best shooter on houston look like chuck hayes in regards to shooting the ball.

that's how much more talented nba players, who actually play and shoot jumpers, are compared to college players.

I don't believe that. If you can shoot, you can shoot. Most of the Rockets don't have the shooting technique I saw tonight. High arc, backspin-finger tip release, shooting elbow in line, etc. Many of the Rockets miss with regularity wide open HORSE shots, especially Rafer. Is the hoop any bigger in college, is the ball smaller, is the court shorter? Explain the difference.

I don't think the Rockets will win many games shooting 36% and going 11-29 behind the arc.

Yeah Tmac was there. Head, Clyde, and Worrell (rocking a Cougar windbreaker) were also there. Chuck Hayes was there sitting behind the Kentucky bench with a UK hat on.

Even former Rocket/UK Wildcat and current Magic guard Keith Bogans was there since the Orlando is in town for tomorrow's game.

Great game overall. Defensively a good game for UH. The Rockets should take notes on the offensive coposure the Cougars showed late in the game

shooting is can be a learned skill. dropoff in shooting percentages means these guys need to be taking reps and shooting the ball a lot more in practice.

I love what the Cougars brought last night but they would be killed by NBA guards and add the fact that the 3Pt line is father away than the College 3Pt line.

Considering the history, the Cougars could use some lessons from the championship Rockets team that actually won titles. Hell, a team consisting of all the "Scrubs" that played for the Rockets would mop up the floor with that Cougar team.

Amen, Solid. I would rather pay to watch the Cougars play right now that our Rockets.

I just checked the boxscore. UH shot 36% and let UK shoot 50%. You can't do that in the NBA and win. You never get 22% more shots than your opponent in the NBA.
