I read maybe about 200 posts today. So many people bashing Francis and Mobley. Yao should get 15-20 shots per night. Francis suck. Cuttino is a bum. People have to realize that this is a very young team. We are going to be incosistent. Steve Francis does not suck. People call him selfish and all but in reality is that this is his 4th year in the league. 4th year. michael Jordan was selfish. Kobe Bryant was selfish. Heck even Shaq and Hakeem were selfish. So to point out and blame all the problems to Steve is ridiculous. Cuttino Mobley should learn how to pass. He just loves to shoot. Cuttino is an one dimensional player. He is a gunner. This year he is trying to pass, rebound, play defense, and hustle. But when hard times come people tend to rivert back to their old form. Now remeber Cuttino is a solid starter. He is not an allstar but not a bum and also very young. let him grow. Tonight Yao got 2 shots. But thats not the point. YOu should see how many times was he involve in plays during the season is how we should judge him. He is clearly right now our second best player. But he is a rookie. He is going to have ps and down in the offensive end. So be patient. Griffin and Posey are also young and will be inconsistent from time to time. I'm not making excuses for Houston. I do believe if Houston dosen't make the playoffs it was a bad season. But to really fault the players especially the stars night in and night out because their not playing perfect ball or not doing what they are suppose to do is ridiculous. The only time we should be mad at Houston when they give no effort in a game. If they play hard and lose I have no problem with it. For example when they lost to LA it hurted but i was not devasted because they played hard. We should be fortunate to have two young allstars in our team and look at the bright future. My two cents.
