Can someone please tell me why I should not bet on this. I know the Cavs have not lost at home and they have the King on their team , but they play slow basketball and I really can't see them blowing us out. We have great perimeter defenders and the perimeter is where they score. Yes we are playing a back to back, but we looked great last night! This bet is a lock! Yeah, I mean the Cavs are good this year. I actually bet on the Rockets +8, I'll take my chances with that. Hopefully, we can get a victory though and I won't even have to worry about the line.
The +8 simply means Rockets will be screwed by the refs ALL NIGHT LONG!! Never bet against the refs!!

Here are the point totals for the past 8 meetings (4 seasons) between Rockets and Cavs... 2008 178 Home 169 in Cleveland 2007 176 Home 144 in Cleveland 2006 171 Home 206 in Cleveland 2005 185 Home 179 in Cleveland That's an average of 177.5 in Houston and 174.5 in Cleveland, with only 1 of the 8 meetings surpassing tonight's over/under of 189. I realize both teams have made roster/coaching changes over those 4 seasons, but some teams just seem to play a certain style when they meet up, regardless of personnel. I don't expect a high scoring game tonight.

i took Rockets +7.5 earlier. it may lose of course, but how well we have been playing combined with our success over Lebron/Cavs ever since he came to Cleveland warrants a wager. too many points.
It's the Rockets' 4th game in 5 nights. Cavaliers are undefeated at home. Cavaliers are 26-6 ATS in their last 32 games overall. Favorite is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. And there's always more. That said I'm still putting my money on the Rox
