    This is old news, and its why you have to take his "analysis" regarding the Rockets with a grain of salt. He's not going to give them credit unless not doing so would make him look like a major ass.

    Thanks for the link though ... I never heard him openly talk about it before.

    Maybe that's why he is talking about it. Maybe he's broke or not worth what he used to be and that $3 million that wasn't a big deal 5 years ago suddenly is worth a lot more to him.

    Just a guess.

    If he was REALLY owed that money, he could have taken the Rockets to court. I bet he thinks he is owed that extra 3 mil, but in reality he's not. His agent, manager, whoever probably told him to drop it because he wouldn't win in a law suit... I could be totally wrong, just taking a stab in the dark.

    He has mentioned this on several occasions before, and he NEVER misses an opportunity to criticize the Rockets organization. Not a Les fan, so I wouldn't doubt that he got the short end of the stick.

    Barkley has mentioned it on TNT before, I don't feel like finding that thread again.

    But as Rocket fans of old knew that Barkley gave us his all and played for pennies on the dollar so the Rockets could be a contender.

    Les screwing him over on money cause he got injured in his last year sucks.
