is because we have no backup SG thats why he gets tired and starts missing shots.and he's like what 32 or something like that. we need someone like a mike miller or ricky davis and like a james posey to get T-mac some rest thats why he was tired the whole series vs the jazz and missed a couple of easy shots we have no backup SG luther head's gotta GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

T-mac is 28. You are right. We need another sg/sf.

WOW. Thanks for reiterating something thats a staple knowledge of CF.

And btw, Tmac is 28, not "32 or something like that."

I thought you were gonna say something like he's too busy getting random women pregnant and then paying child support for them, or he's got to stop being a five-sport player and quit Camp Chen-a-wanda already.

True. And that applies to Yao as well. The rox mgmt has done a poor job of providing quality backup to their superstars. Deke can't cut it as Yao's backup..not able to play enough minutes or share the offensive load...the same is true when McGrady leaves the game...not enough offense.

Look at the Celtics...when Garnett comes out...Pierce and Allen (when that does happen) there is someone to fill and produce.

Deke or Loren whoever can't do it for Yao...no one can do it for T-mac.

    1. He is 29
    2. The most important reason: He is not Kobe or Lebron
    3. He's mentally beat down and doesn't have the athletism like he use to.

What do you mean by tired? He doesnt play hard enough to be huffing and puffing at the end of games... :p jk

If "tired" means McGrady's weak body physically wearing down as the season progresses, then yeah you're right.
But 1 ,000,000 posters saying the same thing have been right about that already.....

so by the same logic, yao broke down because we did not have a decent backup center who can play more than 12 decent minutes?

deke is more than capable of playing 10-15 mins a game. landry and scola can play C if we want to play small.

adelman wanted to center the offense around yao earlier on and experimented way too long. it failed and eventually he figured it out.

Isnt TMAC the worst of the Superstars in the NBA?

I mean yeah he won 2 scoring title back in ORLANDO but that's all he has done really.

He has never gotten out of the first round ... and the only two other franchise/superstar that I can think of are Carmelo and Yao but lets give them some more time even though is catching up.

He's known to be soft and injure prone.

but but we still think he can carry this team and Yao to win a Championship?

he's career avg. now is 21.6 (I know he plays diff now because of Yao)

but if lets say he doesnt get pass the 1st rd

Is he even a HALL OF FAMER?

What other scoring title champ and Hall of Famer has never gotten out of the 1st round in NBA history?
