Come on, man you gotta come harder than this (when it comes to creating threads) if you're gonna represent tha 'sho in your sig.
and do you know why...? because without T-mac... we lose all our flexibility on the perimeter.. compound that with the fact.. that we don't have the reliable 3pt shooting to make up for that loss.... and the fact that Yao is a 7'6" 300+ center whom you can't expect to make his own shot 20' out... yes.. this Rocket's team would be one dimensional.. to the phrase's fullest degree... and it would be worse off.. for the obvious reasons... than if it were T-mac sans Yao... and yes... this is a stupid thread...
what the hell? everyone is talking like yao has hit his prime already.. WAIT TIL HE COMES BACK FROM HIS INJURY FOR PETES SAKE.
well, give yao or tmac decent role players and we can judge its impossible for a C to win if he has crap players that can't even pass him the ball well.. mcgrady is the only decent passer in this team bad poll
if you so insist that this thread be locked...what about the 13 ppl that vote yao can carry the team...
Yao hasent reached his prime........ NO more who is better ** or ** polls..............really annoying
1. You can never compare positions to determine who's the better player 2. Why is the glass here half empty when we still finshed with the #4 seed in the West with an injured Yao, 2 rookie PF's, and a new coaching staff.
yao hasn't even reached his prime? you must be really optimistic. he's in his prime right now. the question is can he stay healthy to prolong his prime years.
What Yao accomplishes is so surprising. Its been so long since i've seen Yao play as a rocket that i wonder how we had such a skilled 7'6" C on our team. Most of the big men turn out to be busts but we are incredibly fortunate to have him with us. I look forward to see him next season, as bad as i want to win a title, watching Rockets games is so much more exciting this year due to addelman. I wish him the best luck next year and yea theres no question he's reached his prime, he actually peaked off last yr
