It is still early but right now the Raptors hold the 3rd worst record in the entire league and don't look like a playoffs team. Difficult position for them to be, it's either a top 3 pick or playoffs or bust for them, considering how the pick they sent out for Lowry is protected. OKC with another #4-#8 pick are gonna be so so scary and unfair!!
