OK so my wife just gets home as Im watching the highlights of the All Star Weekend.

I make her watch the highlights of the Rookie game and dunk contest.

She is impressed with the Dunks of Vince, but is absolutely astounded by the elbow pass. To the point of actual jaw dropping. Now she isn't a sports fan by any stretch, but does watch ball with me oftenly, and knows a good play.

So I ask you which was better. Vinces between the legs dunk, or Williams behind the back with one hand elbow pass?

Dreamshake, you Grant Hill/Jerry Stackhouse-type stealer! You stole the exact topic I was going to post. [IMG]

Great question, and I personally will probably get laughed at for this, but without a doubt in my mind, Jason Williams' elbow pass is the greatest pass I've seen in basketball in quite a while. That play, during a full-speed game, on a break is just inhuman. It's far better than anything Vince did tonight. And as I said in another post, watching it from the front made it look like pure magic. Ball goes one way, disappears behind his back, then shoots back in the opposite direction. I was like "what the hell was that? Does he have a third arm on his back?!"

I read an article a while ago that talked about that same pass. When I saw it, I was like, "YES, HE FINALLY DID IT."

I must say that Jason's play was better than Vince's. Vince's dunk was absolutely spectacular, but it wasn't that original. I don't blame him though. I mean, how many different dunks can you come up with before your just combining different dunks?

Nobody before Jason Williams even thought about doing a pass like that elbow pass. So, I gotta give Jason his props, although I'd much rather have Stevie Francis on my team.
