Thanks Clutch for getting me back on....back to Rockets....

Not going to say i predicted this, but i kinda did. As you can see below I called this like a Paul Tudor Jones stock trade.

Only thing i didn't get right was Morey leaving us! Well played Daryl!!! Now looking to the future what i hope to see from the Rockets!!! Well I'm hoping for at least one skilled big and one younger big.

Love the Silas hire by the way, I don't know much about Stone but they both have there work cut out for them. I heard Amin Hasan say the other it rare that a new coach inherits a team with two future Hall of Famers. This is so true!!! so with that said I don't think Morey left the Rockets as bad off as I myself or a lot of other folks are predicting. I think they can still play fast but from seeing what the Lakers did to us and what the rest of the West looks like I hope the front office makes small ball more situational and not the norm. I think that championship window can still be open depending on how the Front office plays free agency.

What i propose they do is ( if Tillman is willing) offer your entire MLE to Demarcus Cousins. That is first and foremost. Although coming off of injury (which he has had a lot of time to heal from thanks to COVID-19) he is the most skilled big available. Silas will have to earn his money but he can't say you didn't give him the talent. The other big they should target is Henry Giles who is a free agent as well. You re going to trade somebody in order to a him to the team but i would add move on from House and see what Rivers decides to do.

    Starters
    Russ
    Harden,
    Gordon
    Covington
    Cousins

    Second unit.
    Russ or Harden
    B-Mac/Rivers or Gordon
    Green
    Tucker
    Giles

Of course you try to keep Tucker, Covington, Green, Gordon, Ben Maclemore and maybe even Chandler, but I keep saying the Rockets are going to need some real big men to go at AD, The Joker, Porzingis, Towns, Green, Alderidge, and Jackson etc.. in the west. Also we keep our small ball line up in tacked if needed.

Anyway going to be interesting to watch how the Rockets move as a organization going forward.
