Finished in A+ and showed maturity at the plate. One Scouting Report has him as a rising star.

So far he's drawn a BB in 3 PA. Must have been another unreported NRI. There were a lot more invitations than reported.

Will probably hear about Carlos Correa again when the Astros are in need of a shortstop at the trade deadline and Correa is the best one available.

I heard he’s going to get reps at C…. Which means they really need more catchers or he doesn’t really have a position. But if he has the work ethic and can be receptive to coaching, players have made it with less overall skills.

At this point in his minor league career, Correa is doing well. He hasn’t fizzled, and is showing promise.

i think he is showing A LOT more than had been expected of him, and that in its self is a huge victory.

But I’m not taking a any bets that little brother Correa would even make it to the ML level. He’s like a plethora of minor league players who are really good baseball players, but isn’t ML special.

Nonetheless, I am rooting for Correa to show his skill and continue to exceed expectations, perhaps making it to the ML’s and excelling.
