    Is exactly what Biden said.

    "That he will be tested"

I believe he will pass that test, but history has shown that he will be tested.

Kruschev tested JFK at a conference soon after he was elected, and while Kruschev was bombastic, JFK sat there meekly, soon after missiles went into Cuba and the Berlin wall went up.

Now, Kennedy righted the ship, but he was not ready for that test.

I think Obama realizes this, and will be ready for the challenge, at least I hope so....

That is my one worry, how will he handle a tough situation?

Let's hope for the good of our country...the answer is....."Very well".

All those youth and AA voters can't be wrong, CAN THEY? I mean, their political judgment is very well thought out -- I'm sure they've worked through this issue in great detail and have applied rigorous analysis to their decision.

The only concern I have about Obama is that it's possible he's a little too awesome.

Dude could you be more prejudiced? I mean what makes you think the AA voters did any more or less than you?

Unreal TJ....your true feelings come out far too often...

You need to change your name to Trader_Bubba.

They've probably put at least as much thought into their vote as the average McCain supporter.

On the flip side Obama has a big edge when it comes to College educated voters. McCain on the other hand has the more non College educated voters.. Hmmmmm...

Oh give me a break, DaDakota. When a group votes in a 98% block, and as has been proven, can't even identify their own candidate's positions from McCain's, then they are voting along racial lines. Just call a spade a spade.

You are speaking in generalities.....there are just as many bubbas/racists that will vote against him.

To lump all 98% of that vote into an uneducated position, or that they are voting only for their race is disingenous.

You are taking massive leaps of prejudiced logic because you don't like the way the country is going.

Just think, he's going to wake up tomorrow morning, along with every other racist, knowing that a black man will be his president for at least the next four years.

The next president will be tested period.

Obama has some of the best advisers around him, including Colin Powell now.I would much rather have Obama making decisions then McCain.

    McCain scares me!

I agree, and thank you for staying on topic.

McCain or Obama would be tested, but I think Obama is largely unknown and thus will be tested a bit more than McCain.

At the end of the day, I think Obama is a much better leader and much more even keel than McCain and will make the right decisions more often.

No concern at all for his outright Marxism?
No concern for him wishing to massively extend our welfare/warfare State, and continue our foreign policy of "bomb 'em or subsidize 'em"?
No concern at all for him wanting to Nationalize health care, because he seems to think the problem with health care is greedy free-market capitalism, despite the fact that over 50% of medical purchases in the US are made by the US government?
No concern for him wanting to shut down the coal industry?
No concern for his want to conscript all into National Service?
No concern for his campaign's lawsuits against those who spoke negatively about him? (Respect the Fuhrer! 1st Amendment my ass!)
No concern for his criticism of the Civil Rights movement being that it failed to completely obliterate the Constitutional limitations of the federal government?
No concern for his nonsense about "economic justice," which is socialist code for "ripping off the productive and industrious"?

I could go on and on. But I'll stop now to say that this is in no way an endorsement for John "War Criminal" McCain.

I just figured that this stuff would be of interest.

So with all of your high-powered intellect churning on all cylinders, how is it you are supporting a loser?
