As most of you know, I have a chocolate company online called Texas Fudge and I owe everything to God who has blessed it tremendously. I also am writing this to thank Clutch and the many posters who have so generously supported me either by ordering chocolate through my website or offering suggestions. I wanted to share some pictures of my concession trailer as well as some of the items on the menu. Again, I want to thank all of you that have helped me get to where I am now.....

To show my appreciation and in the spirit of Christmas; any BBS member or Rockets Fan that places an order through December 25th will have all shipping charges will be reduced by 50% and that money will be donated to ClutchFans. Here are the pictures.

Homemade Chocolate Meringue, Coconut Meringue, and Lemon Meringue pies as well as cheesecakes and pecan pies. The pictures that you see is a chocolate meringue pie and a lemon meringue pie. Everything is made from scratch; including the crust. For obvious reasons, the only pie that can be shipped is the pecan pie. The meringue pies are way too fragile and the cheesecake needs to be refrigerated. If you take a look at the first picture, that is exactly what you get when you order fudge. It comes in a re-usable Texas-shaped container. If you look at the menu next to it.....you will see what pies are available and how much it is. I also make homemade brownies which are made using a recipe from the 1930's.

There should be no apostrophe in the word "pie's" on your menu. Mmm... fudge.

do you go to any conventions for christmas (or any other time)? not sure if convention is the right word but for example, Nutcracker Market that was at Reliant a couple weeks ago. A place that people can go to to try and buy...make since?

Yes I have delivered to many schools before; all i would need is the address and the day you would like to have it delivered. Just mention that you are from Clutchfans, i know most of you by now. I just feel that I got my start here and I want to show my gratitude.

I do, except that I am in Midland, TX so it would be hard to make some of the conventions in Houston.

Do you use real sugar (refined/unrefined) or corn syrup. Any Hydroginated oils????

Please forgive, I'm a health concious granola nut with a vice for chocolate and pie.

I use a real sugar that is "All Natural Premium Quality FRUCTOSE" for those that request it. It is a little more but it tastes exactly like my "Original" chocolate fudge and its actually healthier for you.

As for corn syrup, I only use that in the making of my homemade pecan pie. I dont like using corn syrup because I want to make everything authentic.....that ONLY real sugar and real ingredients (that were used back in the good ol days) are used in everything that I make.
