I'm suggesting he has a Plan A that can be pretty good and work against most teams, especially when you put enough talent on the field. But if a defense figures it out, I don't think he has much of a Plan B. Adjusting and fixing things isn't his strength. Thus the team tends to look really good or really bad, and not much in between. Basically, he's a clone of Mack Brown in a lot of ways.
Nailed it. And Schaub, on the field, is exactly the same. Very effective at executing Plan A...but if someone counters Plan A, there is almost no chance he can improvise and make something out of it.
