Its not so much money laundering but rather corruption out in the open. The DOJ is actively sueing amazon for antitrust violations and are attempting to break up amazon in two pieces. This is bezos bribing the new admin so they can drop the litigation and not worry about a break up. Commission on transactions and is a huge profit making scheme for Apple while leaving developers out to dry. Lets see how Apple tries bribing Trump so they can drop the lawsuit.
