What the F was that play?!?!

I don't get it. How the hell did Adelman come up with that...

The play ended up failing..the defense played it well.

Question now is would you rather have the tmac that was 1-10 this game take this last shot? or the rest of the team?

no point of thread. already being discussed in post game one.

but while you did it anyways- it seemed like the typical jvg last play.

run like chikens until you shoot.

It was supposed to be a double screen, passing back to the middle of the arc for a wide open three.

Obviously it didn't exactly go as planned...

If you look at the replay, Head had a foot on the line! It would have only been a two!!

bad execution. u can get a better look than that. Adleman has not shown a glimpse of the potential with this team yet. ill be patient..

Poorly designed play.. What happened to "Offense Master Coach" Adelman?

He could have drawn up something better than that - some back cuts, screens, etc. free up Head for a shot.

    10 seconds is plenty..

The guards hesitated too. They looked at each other and kept passing the ball to each other like it was a dead squirrel. Our team has no confidence in these last minute situations..

I think as a last option, Yao should've stepped out and took a 3. That'd have to be a better shot than undersized Head trying to shot it over a defender.

I would have let Yao shoot the three, I bet the Magic would have been surprised and he would have had a open shot.

What a shock, the Rockets failed to properly execute a play.

our players are stupid and inept...that pretty much explains it all...

you can draw a foolproof masterplan and our players will find a way to screw it up...

You forgot about the part where this play wouldn't happen under JVG because we would be winning by 10.

I guess we fans want Yao to do everything from grabbing rebounds, block shots, postups, and game winning three pointers.

Pretty obvious head was going to take it...

I would have set up Battier.

stop holding the ball for 10 seconds waiting for the doubleteam, make your move right away if single covered

if Jack Sikma is teaching Yao to hold the ball too long, then he needs to be fired...

It looked like Shane screwed this one up. He got in the middle of the play at the top of the key and found himself with the ball in no man's land.

Then it looked like he and Rick were talking and having a disagreement about what was drawn up, and Shane turned and walked to the end of the bench.
