That video is like 2 years old. I've seen it in a few places. I remember going to basketball camps as a kid. There was always a kid or two that was skilled way ahead of the curve. None of them every made it past college. I'm not saying this kid won't make it but there is no telling how he'll end up. What if he only grows to 5'6? What if he burns out or loses interest in the game? It's just too early to tell. He's a skilled up kid at this point. That is all.
he wont make it. he is playing with kids his age but he is waaaaay shorter than all of them. im 6'1 and was the tallest amung my kid group .players that are 6'3 are waaaay teller than everyone in their class at age of 12. now the really tall ones 7'0 are so big at age 12 they look 18 . yes 18. shaq was 12 and mistaken for a 20 yr old. this kid will be 5'10 tops.next eric gordon.
Unfortunately, he doesn't have any of the outstanding skills needed to play in the NBA at a superstar type level. From that video, it seems he's just good at dribbling and long distance running, but he's short for his age. So unless he has ridiculous court vision of a sweet, quick releasing jumper, he won't make it. But hey, it's too early to tell.
yea i remember seein him on a sho a while bak, if he continues at this pace he'll definitely be a beast
He probably isn't the next Lebron James, but I'm pulling for him. I think that a kid like that could surely make it in the NBA, maybe even similar to our very own Aaron Brooks, which wouldn't be half-bad.
Too young to tell. Most people think that if your amazing at a sport at that age, that you'll turn out to be a DI prospect but theres other factors like size, vision that factor in. Just look at an example like Michael Jordan. I think he didnt even make varsity until he was a Junior.
