I agree with all the comments in this thread.

- Looks great on mobile, less great on desktop
- All the stuff at the bottom is too much, and too hard to decipher out

I've never been a big sig guy anyway, so I'd be fine losing it all together - or putting it maybe as a rollover to the avatar or something - but I know that won't happen.

But having the sig, and the post data both down there, both hard to decipher out from the message... that's the one real difficult thing to adjust to.

I could tell on the old board because there would be a little (blue, IIRC) icon for subscribed threads, and all threads I posted in were subscribed automatically.

 

Love the new look & features

 

Team great on mobile but hate desktop. Really hoping for dark. This white blinds me. I also miss my Hakeem penis. I worked hard (Lol) for that in the DD converting people to my views and for my excellent salary cap work in the garm.

 

This new layout sucks. Don't even feel like visiting the site cause it's so frustrating now. Can we have our old clutchfans back please.

I don't know if @Clutch has updated the look of the desktop or if I'm just getting used to it, but aside from really small things, it is extremely improved. There are just so many things you can do on it. The green pulsating light is the worst, most annoying feature right now. Can we just get some badge instead?

 

Any way to bring back the number of members currently active or watching each sub-forum? Instead there's just a total number of users online listed but it's not quite the same. Probably the feature I miss the most.

 

Yeah do you have any idea how many LOL-worthy posts I had to make to get Hakeem status? It sure as hell wasn't from my basketball insight.

Anyone else find that quoted posts by ignored users only works some of the time?

I've noticed that you can actually see who has liked your posts instead of going to the User CP and seeing anonymous reps being given.

 

Clutch kudos from my perspective, though I am already a bit nostalgic.

Will be perfect if we can choose to have avatars go away.

 

I don't like this theme/new look at all.

I do visit it less often now because of the look. :-(

Ok i figured out my biggest complaint.

I don't like how i have to scroll over the thread to see how many pages it has.
That should just be visible all the time.

 

Among all the things I find fantastic (especially mobile viewing), I'd say my only complaint that gets in the way of normal browsing for me is the inability to control the size of images I post...so that they are not too big. Lost that with no more HTML. It's probably the only thing I would still use HTML for.

Maybe the XeneForo software will some day support the full syntax of the [ IMG ] tag that BBCode.org specifies.

Until then...I'm cool. I can always resize images on my computer first. Maybe there is an app on the web that will resize easily and spit out a new img url to use for posting???

 

You can resize directly on imgur. Use it often.
