The Agreement between the Players and the Owners
What will this thing look like?
Some of this years signings seem to indicate some Major changes may happen.

Has anyone gotten any clue what they might be?

Maybe a course designed for GMs, teaching them overpaying players is bad?

Most everything in the new CBA will be tilted more in the owners favor than the current one. How much is the question. Next summer when both sides make their "final offer" and reach an impasse that leads to the lockout, we can get a clearer picture.

Based on some of the signings this summer, I'm gonna guess a hard cap won't happen because not enough owners would support it.
