As we all know Ryno can be known as streaky even more so than the other Rockets but is he really? He is actually more predictable than you would have guessed. This image should speak for itself. Enjoy.

Interesting that you pick one year and conclude anything from it. You want to compare that to other years?

then it is settled. after every game if there's no b2b, ryan must play in a simulated nba game. no rest for the wicked! and no rebounds too from the looks of it.

As you know from sports a person can trend year from year. This years trend is based on the image I linked. It could be caused by any number of factors such as new environment which causes an emotional trigger which changes depending on if he has rest or not. It was more just an interesting statistic that could very well change as the year goes on. Simply something to look out for, not an attempt to cure cancer. Thought it was fun stat.

Yeah, it has been fun for me knowing this stat for the year to watch him play and see if it continues the trend. It is kind of like a mini game when watching the Rockets this year.

What this shows is as the rest of the Rockets may be tired from playing the day before he is ready to step up in that absence of play. What this also shows is 31 out of 39 games he has been very efficient from the 3 point line.

The home-road discrepancy is even more pronounced.

True. So if Ryno plays his second game back to back on the road he is going to destroy.

Would it help if I told you to just add the 2+ and the 3+ together and consider them as one? I hope it does.

Like many others have pointed out his home vs road discrepancy is huge. It would be helpful if you add home/road split in each of the xx day rest category.

I don't have the numbers. But I'm willing to go out on a limb and say most of his 2+ and 3+ games are home games.

Yeah, wifey is clearly 'rewarding him' too much for his efforts on the road.
