We need a tough, hard nosed, physical Power forward. The Rockets need someone who is not going to back down from a challenge. Griffin and Taylor are about the same, to the point that they stand outside the paint and shoot. I've got to hand it to Taylor to the point that at least that 15 foot shot he takes, he makes. Griffin on the other hand is enamored with a 3 point shot. The other thing we need is a better point guard to back up Steve. By having steve play more shooting guard, Cuttino can concentrate more on scoring when he plays. I'm okay with Cuttino doing his thing, if he only plays 28 to 33 minutes a game. And hopefully Nachbar will turn out to be the player he was hyped by the coaching staff. Because Posey seems like he is going to cost too much money to keep. It boils down to: 1. An enforcer power forward 2. A tue point guard backing up Steve 3. Luck (Nachbar being as good as advertised"

The most pressing need is a playmaker (plays would also be nice)!The Rockets are currently lost on offense. Generally they dribble around and then throw up a bad shot. They rarely get high percentage shots. They appear to have no system or structure. They have very poor ball movement and player movement.

Foremost, more wins. To do that, more heart, hussle and Basketball IQ. To achieve that hard nosed assistant coaches, PF, backup PG and reduction of atleast one of the ball hoggers (Cat, Moosh, Frachise) and two bad contracts ( Moochie, Cato, Rice, Mo T). Apart from these we need some veteran leadership in the lockerroom and Yao to make another giant stride between now and October.
