This stuff is available by prescription in the U.S. for treatment of motion sickness. The experience in higher doses clearly sounds unpleasant, but I wouldn't call it the "most dangerous drug in the world" if it does have some accepted medicinal properties.
Lol wtf? Scopolamine is hardly dangerous. Yes, it is one of the most potent cholinergic antagonists that has the possibility of causing temporary CNS effects, but you gotta take that in high doses. As others have said, it is commonly used as a patch-on to treat motion sickness.
