Who is the Maverick you feel most sorry for?

I'd have to say Kevin Willis, that guy came out of retirement for the playoffs

willis for still not getting to 100 playoff games....

AJ is a close second. he's been outcoached twice now... but his players didn't come through either.

All Willis was trying to do was catch a ride on the train. I don't feel sorry for him at all.

AJ is the guy I feel sorry for. Along with Dirk, he deserves a lot of the blame for losing the series, They have no excuse at all for getting blown out today. This series reminds me of the NBA Finals last year. It's going to be a long summer in the Woodlands for him.

as much as i relish the loss, most of the starters on the mavs have agreeable personalities to me at least. man, its going to be a painful ride back to dallas. a first round loss to a "bottom feeder" after terrorizing the league for a seaso...ouch.

I don't know about feeling sorry for the guy, but the one guy I have tremendous respect for is Stackhouse. He's the ONLY guy on that entire roster with heart, guts and the tenacity that can help carry a team over the top. If that Dallas team in any way took on Stackhouse's personality and aggressive nature, the whole league would be in trouble.

Luckily, they have Dirk as their 'leader'.

Eh. I can't really respect or feel sorry for a guy who signed to just "win" a ring without playing.

I don't feel sorry for any of the Mavs. I'm happy for Golden State but right now I'm very disappointed with the way the Rockets played tonight.

Avery Johnson. He's one guy I just can't hate...

It's not his fault he's stuck with the bunch of crap he is. That team would be nothing without him.
