Ok, I'm EXTREMELY bored at work today. I was browsing some things on the net and came across something about the 'Matrix' movie. When thinking about those movies, I thought it was funny at the similarities there were with the the recent history of Yao and TMac. You have TMac (Morpheus) who has been searching for years for that one special person to fight beside to take to a championship. Yao (Neo) gets suddenly sucked into this new 'world' and immediately was thrust into the savior role. Now, the fate of the organization (Zion) rests in how Yao learns to use his special skills to defeat the opposition. Who do you think fits in the other different roles? Maybe JVG is the Architect.? Maybe the refs are the Agents? Bill Walton as Trinity? What do y'all think? Again, I'm extremely bored and I thought this would be something fun and/or different than the constant bashing threads we are accustomed to. So, right now I have: Neo: Yao Morpheus: TMac

That's cool. I said I was bored as hell and that I was just trying to start a thread in a different direction than our normal "Yao sucks at this" or "JVG can't coach out of his ass that." View me as a geek, I don't care. There are for worse things to be called. I think you're just upset I didn't compare the Rockets to the 'Lord of the Rings'.
Coincidentally, the number 1 is also pronounced "yao" in certain usages in Chinese. Well, technically it has a different tone than Yao's name but still....
