Hmm, so it was Stu Jackson who got Stevie traded. Shocking.

But who thought it was someone else? I mean really. Van Gundy even said he was looking forward to talking to Jackson. Not much of a secret, but it was a dramatic exaggeration by VG and a major overreaction by the league.

Fun while it lasted, especially considering it got the focus off of the Rockets' (at times) piss-poor play which the players didn't use to their advantage (not always their fault of course).

You notice that this author said "had to be" not "was". It appears to be no more than conjecture on his part. Got to watch those reporters.

What did I say. I called Stu Jackson out JVG's mole when this thing just started looming.

You and me both. But still, this guy is just speculating, in hopes of keeping the issue alive and getting people to talk about it again.

Gotta love attention-whores posing as journalists

Wow. I thought I must have already read the worst piece of garbage that ever passed itself off as sports journalism. But obviously I was wrong.

JVG has been too candid in the past concerning just about everything else. If he said it was a league official then I believe him.

Also please note that the league, Stern, and the referees have all not denied the allegation. Nor have they said that a league official did not tell JVG the information. They have denounced have for spilling the beans.

This has to be the most tasteless joke I have ever seen in a sports column.

Is there any basis for the joke that I missed, or is it just pure random tastless crap?

The NY Post shares the same owner as another cherished provider of journalistic excellence known as FoxNews. I wonder if Rupert Murdoch handpicks these noobs.

I don't get it. Didn't JVG get mad at Stu Jackson for fining him the $100,000? I remember he mentioned something on a radio interview about how he thought Stu was his friend and now he's hurting his family.

    I noticed that too.
    Tasteless. Unecessary. Unrelated.
