tracy wanted to SHOOT the ball, because hes afraid if he drives he'll get put on the line where he can potentially blow the game with 1 miss

just a bad play....pull up contested 3 is just not a good shot.

and 5.8 sec you can definitely get a quality shot.

We all know T-Mac sucks at finishing, and no way the refs were going to blow the whistle at the end of the game like that.

This team is anticlutch anyway so I bet if Yao got a wide open lay-up that play it still would have clanked.

Tracy needs to attack, Yao should have gotten the rock.

I think we made progress tonight though...

Yao was rusty, but Ron and Tracy looked solid.

He shouldve at least pump faked and jumped into the defender. You should know Dalembert is gonna go for that block

5 seconds for a last shot was 5 times more time than what Brandon Roy needed to beat the Rockets. Had plenty of time to drive or design a quality look.

In all honesty I wasnt even mad when they were behind late. As long as they play healthy, hard, and together things would gel together....

but its these damn TEASES and almosts that drive me mad

Yao didn't do enough, Tracy wanted the shot, nobody else wanted to shoot.

    I wanna see it again.

    - If the play is for an inside pass to Yao, there is no time, and no advantage with that pay, so was a bad decision and a bad play.

    - If the play is a p&r for McGrady, to dribble against the switch (dalembert), there is not enough time to set the pick and go to the basket... at least for Tracy (maybe it is for BROOKS)---> Adelmans fault.

    - If the play is for a 3 by T-Mac, why the p&r??? The switch and the block---> bad call.

    ...More options?

Two points is a tie. Why go for three?

You are a really studly man. Calling Tmac "lady" in every thread on an internet message board must require a lot of guts.

You don't set a pick with Yao with 5 seconds to go. Philly would of had that play locked down.

Should of threw it to Yao in the block or if you were going to shoot a 3, let T-mac do it over his man.

in the post game interview rick said he wanted tracy to have the ball.

i'm not sure the play was designed the way it played out, but it was tracy's shot to take :(
