The Last Original Texan

    can be seen on local 2 news in houston. He has been on sports sunday and has been the sports anchor the last couple of nights. He does surpisingly very well. He has a great personality. I had forgotten he did an nfl commercial looking at his wiki page. Cheter pitts

    I think Kris Brown was the last original texan, he lasted one more training camp I think

    Nope, it was the Kicker who was the last original Texan. Now all he does is play golf with mrdave543.


    But, it's always proud to see the man do sports reporting for the local media.

    Yeah, but Chester Pitts was the last original Texans player that the organization actually drafted.

    I just saw him on Channel 2. I found it painful to watch. I think I felt embarrassed for him.

    I've seen him briefly on Sports Sunday and thought he did fairly well. Doesn't seem like he'd make a good anchor/reporter though, just an analysis/entertainment guy.

    I had read something about him possibly going into politics in the next few years.
