Keep AK47 out of foul trouble. giving him a couple of baskets wouldn't hurt either to fool Sloan into thinking he can contribute. stay with me here. whenever ak47 goes to the bench, Matt Harpring comes in. when ever he does, i can see the shift in the Jazz's offense and defense. harpring brings intensity and hustle. harpring's effect on the Jazz is huge. he can muscle up on T-mac and can actually do some low post damage. the above is a bit tongue in cheek but it's valid.
As long as we score more points than they do, we've got a really good chance to win. But seriously, I agree - it does seem better for us to have him in the game. I cried two years ago when Keith Van Horn got injured, for the same reason.
it's funny, but it's out of our control. AK47 will just jump on yao and it's hard for the refs not to call a foul.
just wondering.....i think battier should free himself up from the *dangerous* AK47 to double team boozer more. Yao cannot guard him effective enough one on one. i think we should rather take a chance on AK47's hot shooting.
The key to this series is our 3 pt shooting. We have been able to take 2 home games because of our defense. To win in Salt Lake City, our 3's need to start dropping also.
