    Is Glen Rice

Francis is great, I love him, Mobley is also a great player gives you 20 pts every night and k9, Willis and Mooch are great role players but still we are not good enough to be in the playoffs we need Rice to play like he played with La or Charlotte he was one of the most dominating players of the 90's in charlotte, if glen rice would step up now we are in the playoff, otherwise once again we are in the lottery. We are paying him something close to the max (9 million) for 3 years and we are not going to get any good players anytime soon(we are over the cap) . He is the key to our success because Francis and Mobley are not good enough to get us into the playoffs .

When he was with the Hornets, he was one of the best shooters the game has seen. With that foot problem, it effects his shooting technique. He had to jump just a little different on every shot to avoid the pain. I can't shoot from the outside, so I have no idea how much it effects him, only guesses. But I guess that for someone who does this routinely...or anything routinely, a fly in the ointment can really mess thing up. Besides, the guy is still recovering. I'm sure there is still some pain, and he has to work on getting that "original" shot back, not the one he's been using for the last year or two. He'll come around.
