RON ARTEST RON ARTEST RON ARTEST

If he has a super game then we have 50/50 chance of winning the game. I am not talking bout leeping it close and losing and stuff, if we are gonna win RON RON has to come up big. He went 4-19 last game so he can easily go 15-19 this game. He is that kind of wild card

    Lets go Rockets

The key to the game is. When the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th quarter we need to make sure we have more points than the Lakers.

No doubt we need Ron to shoot well.

Pretty much they're just going to double the ball carrier (with Hayes' defender) and they will pressure our PG's into mistakes (like they started to do in the 4th, but that could also be out of desperation and not a full game strategy). I'm worried about game 5.

Definetly. We cannot survive another game with Artest going 4/5 for18/19

Let's hope he will play as good as he did in game 1 & 2 and make the shots he is missing. Last night he missed wide open shots which just cannot happen. He's starting to be our Rafer Alston who could also make any shot and miss any wide open shot.

Play within the offense and shut Ariza / Kobe down is what we need from Artest and the points will come. Come on Rockets, you can beat them !!!

It's gonna be a tough game to win. We're real underdogs tonight.

That's not the only key to the game... Here are my keys to the game:

    1. Limit turnovers (there's a LOT to be said for the number of turnovers we've had points off turnovers vs. the outcome of the game)

    2. Ron can't just keep jacking up shots...sure he makes them sometimes, but statistics are against him if he's taking bad shots

    3. Rebounds...we absolutely have to stop giving up so much in the way of 2nd chance opportunities. How many points were scored in the past games (excluding the last one) when our defender (Battier or Artest) finally kept Kobe from sinking his shot, only to find that the Lakers got an offensive rebound and put it back for 2 or worse?

It seems that either Ron is on or off - shooting-wise - and past games he has been off IMHO. He plays a lot of minutes - what are his stats when he is not shooting well that keeps him in the game/s?
(The alley-oop to Brooks was sweet though!)
Actually it seems like the whole team has on/off days - either hitting everything or hitting nothing.
How many minutes did Kobe play Sunday, BTW? I expected him to have more minutes. Was wondering if the Lakers would shadow what we did with Artest or Battier - ie if RA or SB sat out a few minutes - then that would be when KB would sit out. I don't think that is what happened.

The key to the game is that EVERYBODY and I mean EVERY BODY on the ROckets team contribute like they never did before. Play all out with heart and determination like they did in game 4 and they shall win. Lay all the marbles on the floor game 5 and they shall win! GET IT DONE!

That's part of the solution.. We also need to keep the Lakers from scoring more than 90 points.

If 2 of Artest, Scola, Brooks, Wafer, and/or Landry can go off for 20+ and we hold the Lakers to less than 90, I like our chances.

for the fakers, the key is to make Ron mad and get ejected.

for the rockets, keep the TO low.

Either way.. this team is too fun to watch. Using an analogy, we're playing like the best college team ever, except.. we're in the NBA playing against the "best NBA team".

    Heart vs. Talent

    David vs. Goliath

    Will vs. Expectations

This next Game 5 is going to be a hell of a game.. and guys, please try your hardest to enjoy it and put all expectations aside once the ball tips!

It depends on how our guards would perform.

Brooks has been explosing the hole in the lakers lineup with fisher in the lineup. Can Brooks maintain this in game 5?

Artest has been shooting badly, can he fix it in game 5?
Shane, another key player which lakers weren'r expecting anything from him. Would the lakers still leave him open now?

I want to see us winning in Game 5.
