I'm really glad for everything he brought to the team. He will be missed by me and many other fans. Hopefully Wesley can fill your shoes.

I think he did not fit well with TMac and Yao, and would be better suited moving on....

Boki, IMHO never got a fair shake.

I liked JJ as a 3rd scoring option and hope him the best wherever he plays! You can alwasy use good veteran leadership.

Thanks for giving us great effort and solid shooting JJ. I'm sorry the team didn't appreciate you more.

So I guess you are a Hornets fan now or were you always.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a Boki only fan or a JJ only fan. weird

Edit: I think when non Rockets fans are discovered they should get that title under their screen name. "Not a Rocket Fan Member"

Thanks JJ and Boki...our most valuable, trade-able players aside from T-Mac and Yao. If Wesley can't will your shoes, JVG will burn in hell.

I hope JJ and Boki light us up when whe play them (we'll win in the end, of course)

    I'M GOING CRAZY!!!

I liked him and was upset when I heard about the trade - then I thought about him taking all those shots and playing the same position as Tmac - Wesley might be a better fit

...besides I have JJ on my fantasy team - and he is gonna ROCK !!!

JJ, sorry to see you leave. While you were here you were one of my favorite Rockets. Always giving 100%. If there was ever the reincarnation of Mario Elie, it was JJ. I feel on the Rockets JJ was always asked to do much more than he really was capable of, but did his best regardless of the situation he was put in.

    Good luck JJ!

I feel luke warm about this move. On one hand JJ's skills was somewhat duplicated in Sura and Jon Barry, but JJ is the best player of all 3. He plays both sides of the ball. He can hit the J and isn't a liability on D.

When I think of Championship teams of the past, I can't remember off hand, players who were liabilities on D. Undersized Wesley & offensive minded Jon Barry fit that description.

JJ gave us production. I noticed the costly TOs, but he was an overall positive for the team. I can't reconcile this move. Maybe after I watch some more games I'll be able to see JVG's thinking...
