I think 610 said it was at 4:30 today. I wasn't really paying attention when they mentioned it. Just a heads up incase you didn't know because I didn't know until a few minutes ago Edit - yep, they mentioned it again 4:30 to 5:30.
i emailed a question in hopefully they remember me from last time is this going to become a regular thing? if so i'll call him sometime in the next few weeks
Someone in Houston should ask him if he would (hypothetically) fire a coach getting the same results out of his players if he were the owner of the Rockets. Or ask him if he is going to quit when the going gets tough.
Yeah, its a weekly thing. The show skips around though. Sometimes its on during John and Lance, other times in the afternoon. It just depends on the rockets schedule.
They do the show every week but not on a set day(?) and time. Some times he'll be on in the morning and some times in the afternoon. I'm not sure when they find out the time and day.
Dang, I got lucky, I was the first caller he took. I was kinda nervous so I didn't really get my question out the way I wanted. Anyways, I asked him why the wasted shot clock on a lot of the possessions that we have. For example, Yao will set a pick up at the top of the key, then will go post up but he won't get the ball. The ball will be passed around on the three point line and someone will end up shooting a three at the end of the shot clock. His answer was basic. He said, we can't just dump it into one guy everytime and expect a homerun. He says we don't have a lot of shooters and we need to move the ball around more. Or at least thats why I got out of my question.
