for some reason paramount has decided not to release or continue making the dvd which would have brought 48 episodes to dvd... this is a sad day...why i ask why have you forsaken me paramount? woops sorry...though i clicked on the hangout section... if you could please move said thread to said forum that would be great...
paging the wrong forum police...please pick up white courtesy phone. Best B & B episode of all time was the shop class episode. Beavis cuts off his finger with the table saw, the doctor sews it back on, then it gets broken off again when he sticks that finger in his nose...Damn, I busted a gut the first time I saw that... Beavis and Butthead and TMNT are both LONG overdue to be released on DVD...
Beavis and Butthead were awesome if you could just get rid of the damn annoying videos. I know that's supposed to be part of the cartoon, and some were funny, but I liked the actual cartoon. You know the hippie teacher, the sweaty principal, Diarrhea, etc...
I thought the videos were some of the funniest moments of B&B. Not to mention that their commentary on bands like Winger contribted to the banishment of these bands from popular music. If anyone here has all episodes of B&B (including the videos), I'd pay you good $$ to make me a copy.
I was kinda pissed off about the situation, but there is an alternative. Time Life is releasing a similar 3 DVD set with a bunch of episodes also for $30/set. I would like to see the Histoy of B & B on a later date, but this will do for now Time Life
This does suck. I bought the Beavis and Butthead : Final Judgement DVD at Best Buy a few years ago. It rules! I also found a petition online, you may want to sign. Bring All Beavis and Butthead Episodes to DVD You can get B&B Do America on DVD There are 4 B&B Dvd's http://www.animatedbliss.com/DVD/B/beavis-and-butthead.asp
Do any of them have the "Incognito" episode? I only saw it once and used to religiously watch the show... Did MTV pull it because of gun issues? That was funny how Beavis wasn't allowed to say "fire" after the first season.
There was actually some real genius in that show. After Beavis wasn't allowed to say "fire" anymore, some character in the show did something that was a fire hazard (I think Butthead took the battery out of a smoke detector). Anyway, Beavis says, "Yah...but what if there's a......uhhhh.....nevermind." Also, Butthead was talking about his cousin once and said his name was Richard Head. The humor wasn't always in your face.
That's exactly true. Only butt-munching asswipes would think that this show is stupid. Mike Judd or whatever the guy's name is is a total genius for creating that show.
Yeah, there's nothing "in your face" about "Richard Head." I remember a friend of mine and myself, we were the heroes of 7th grade because we had seen the "Incognito" episode. Of course, we had both been home on a Saturday night in my basement to watch it, so there was nothing heroic about it.
