So is anybody else gonna watch this? I've heard good things and there have already been some nice quotes from the tv spots. "Shalom motherf***er!" "Manishevitz, straight up."
FINALLY JEWS GET SOME RECOGNITION DURING THIS WRETCHED HOLIDAY SEASON!!!! REP-RE-SENT MUTHA****AS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw a screening at the Jewish Film Festival in Philly this weekend. It's a great premise with a several laugh-out-loud moments, but the movie itself is uneven. It feels very much like a first movie (and even at times like a student film), but that's exactly what it is -- a first film by two former USC students. Definitely worth a look, though. Adam Goldberg was born to play this part.
