http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/fp/flashPollResultsState?sportIndex=frontpage&pollId=113133 Mouse over Florida and check the results. You could argue that a lot of Magic fans picked the Bulls... but still man. They couldn't even get majority vote in their own state. I hope the Heat fail and everyone falls off the bandwagon so they can leave the legitimate Heat fans (like me) to follow them. I hate Rockets bandwagoners and Heat bandwagoners.
Well you cant avoid Rocket bandwagoners on a rockets website....But I agree on the Heat bandwagoners.....But if they are off, they'll be back on soon..(even if they dont advance)
If you were the guy sitting in front of me at Toyota Center in section 427 when the Rockets played the Heat, I am sorry for calling you a bandwagoner in front of your chick.
Well. It can't be me. I root for the Heat, but when it comes down to Rockets vs. Heat it's always going to be Rockets all the way.
I liked the Heat back when Wade played Jordan-esque like in the finals up until last year.. but this new Heat team can eat one, I dont like the Heat at all anymore, I still kinda like Wade but its hard rootin for him now.. oh well, if they trade Bosh and Lebrick Ill be a fan again
This... I liked Wade while he was at Marquette. I rooted for The Heat until this year. Like you said it is hard to root for Wade now (I wanna see him do well, but that usually means they win). I don't hate Bosh or Lebron, I just hate the way they went about signing in MIA. Especially when Bosh let it slip out that they had it planned for a while.
if it comes down to heat vs mavs...imma have to be a heat bandwagoner....but till then, im okc and bulls.
You know your fans are all bandwagoners when even your local journalist (Le Batard) calls out the entire fanbase, and not just in basketball.
You mean there are still Rockets Bandwagoners? We haven't been relevant in two decades, I'm not sure why there would be any bandwagoners on the team lol. Anyway 90% of the fans are bandwagoners, its not that they're front-runners, but most of them aren't really that invested in the game of basketball. They just pick their favorite player who happens to be on a winning team at the time. All of us started as bandwagoners when we first started watching our favorite teams anyway, unless you were rooting for a perpetual loser like the Clips. Personally I don't really find anything wrong with that, these casual fans buy a lot fo tickets and generate a ton of $$$ for the teams.
Chi-town all the way baybeh. I like Melo cause his game kinda reminds me of t-mac's. But he's just as immature which is frustrating. I don't like Kevin Martin at all but love Lowry and the rest of the goons. I hope they trade Martin and get someone worth rooting for. As for lebron, its easier to root for him now that I've seen that he isn't an emotionless cyborg. However, Miami is such a crowd favorite that I can't get myself to like them.
Big guy who has a smooth j? Pretty smooth game all in all? Sure, he's more of a bull when he drives but his pull up game is sorta kinda like t-mac's. Cut me some slack here I'm trying to find a successor to t-mac in the league! Hopefully an evolved version with more maturity. I think I could probably give you a run for your money in terms of t-mac fandom!
