I didn't go to work today because of cough/cold/soar throat/runny nose. I could have easily gone, but I thought about what I'd have to put my coworkers through. Even if I was quiet, chances are I'd probably give what I had to them. I'll rest up today and be almost back to normal tomorrow.

 

Just cough louder than him.

 

Only one sensible course of action:

fart

 

Keep an eye on him and keep a sword or hatchet handy. He may have the Zombie Plague.

 

Hopefully you don't catch what he has. At least the cubicles are some protection. Maybe check the direction of airflow? Then panic?

 

Coughing is awful. I once got off a plane because the guy behind me was hacking up a lung. If I were you, I'd tell a supervisor and get this person to go home.

 

Can you fit one of these in the office? If so, it ought to solve the problem.

Just go over there and ask him if he wants some cough drops, decongestant, kleenex, or anything else. Comment on how he sounds like he's dying and he should probably take a half-day off.

Then go tell the manager if he blows you off.

So I'm at work and am coughing loudly, HACKING my guts up every 30 seconds. A loud, hoarse, revoltingly wet sounding hack of a cough that is probably going to make my co-workers not want to eat their lunch. I think I should go to the doctor but i don't know wut to do....wut should i do clutchfans?

 

There’s some old hag on the other side of the floor that is CONSTANTLY coughing every single day. It’s one of those coughs that sounds like her insides are turning inside-out. Just absolutely disgusting. She’s a smoker. I mean, the whole floor talks about her and her disgusting cough. I feel sorry for the people who sit right by her. You think she would figure out that everyone hates her and do something about that ridiculous cough.
